We operate in a number of different ways depending on the client’s stage of development and commercial prospects.
We can operate on a straight fee for service basis, on periodic retainer or we will also consider taking payment from a successful event such as a commercial transaction or completed investment.
In appropriate cases we will also invest ourselves in our clients businesses in part or full exchange for fees giving us a vested interest in their success.
